Your challenges:

As a Product Portfolio Manager you are responsible for the growth and optimization of our product portfolio.
-
You take care of the successful phase-in and launch of new collections and the phase-out of aged collections.
-
You run various analyses in order to map the size and profitability of the different market segments, collections or individual products and propose actions in order to further support them.
-
You also rationalise or harmonise the collection in order to have a clear and competitive offering.
-
You are the link between production and the creation department and keep yourself constantly informed about the opportunities for new products.
-
You further develop a product strategy based on market, customer and competitors’ analysis and identify growth opportunities in the different markets.

You report to the Director of Product Development and support him/her with strategic decisions.
Your talents:
-
You have a Masters’ degree with a quantitative major (economics, management, math, etc.)
-
You have a proven experience in product portfolio management (preferably B2C of B2B2C)
-
You hold strong interpersonal skills, as well as a strong verbal and written communication style
-
You can spot opportunities and undertake necessary actions with your stakeholders in order to win with your product range
-
You have experience working in a production environment

Proactive towards business opportunities and new challenges
-
Fluent in English (written and spoken) and a good knowledge of French

Hands-on and proactive organizational skills
